Two types of model available – Double wall and triple wall. In both cases outer and inner both are Stainless steel - 304 grade. Between walls are filled with glass-wool insulation. Double wall model – Internal Bucket is there and water are filled within chamber and heated with an immersion heater. Heat generates the temperature and pressure up to 15 – 20 PSI, Temperature - 121°C. Triple wall model- has a boiler between from which steam generated and floated inside the final internal chamber to generate the pressure and don’t have any bucket. 5. All are radial lock model Fitted with Safety valve, Pressure gauge, Release valve, Paddle lifting, Microprocessor based PID Controller with temperature and timer controller(Timer starts when the required temperature and pressure reaches), In built pressure switch along with system . Fully controlled without hectic procedures. 6. Power supply – Single phase/ three phase, 220-230V, 50-60Hz. Optional:- 1. LCD Touch screen Display with data-logger system. 2. Extra Bucket.

Specification:

  TRIPLE SAFETY: The sterilizer is provided with triple safety.

(a) By a pressure control switch which automatically limits the pressure to the required Set valve.

(b) Two spring loaded safety valves one each at chamber and boiler level.

(c) A dead weight safety valve at chamber level.

 A PLUG SCREEN prevents the discharge line from choking. The plug is easily removable for routing cleaning.

 A powerful Ejector (for drying sterilized linen) circulates air through the chamber. The circulating air passes through a corrosion resistant metal wool filter.

 A Digital is provided to show the chamber temperature.

 AUTOMATIC VACUUM BREAKER is provided to break vacuum case of vacuum formation due to steam condensation.

 Operating Temperature and pressure:–

 Sterilizing Temp. : 121°C

 Sterilizing Pressure: 1.2, (17 psi to 22 psi)
